​Tama Lodge is a rustic chic boutique lodge with private huts on the beach. Run by Parisians and surrounded by Senegalese locals, it features everyday life that'll mesmerize you with a front seat to the ocean and lush surrounding greenery. Among the yoga, meditation, call to prayer and unique African adventures, it makes getting back to basics easily accessible.

Back to the basics of movement and breath within a challenging and relaxing yoga practice. Back to basics with locally sourced food in nature and on the beach under the blue skies. Back to basics by being in yoga - on and off the mat - as you surrender to joyful connection, commune with likeminded people, and rest, recharge and let go!
