Invigorating, tranquil, natural, inspiring and tasty!  We'll retreat to the Umbria hills to stay in a beautiful 15th century sustainable farmhouse that sits on top of a hill surrounded by olive groves, oak forests and a vineyard. Monestevole's community aims to offset their carbon footprint -  offering guests the opportunity to plant a tree, pick tomatoes and/or sow some seeds. Energy is solar, food is local and water is welled, making getting back to basics incredibly easy and joyful. The Monestevole farmhouse boasts a sun-filled practice room with bamboo floors and a wood burning stove. The grounds offer an outdoor salt water pool, magical animals that love to be fed by guests, charming rustic-chic rooms and lots of quaint indoor and outdoor spots to rest up, read or hammock on with a  glass of vino in hand:)

what's

  • A 7 Night stay at Monestevole in Umbria, Italy.
  • 3 Daily meals and snacks (locally sourced food, beverages and wine).​
  • Pick-up & drop-off from the TBA train station.
  • Morning meditation.
  • 2 Yoga classes a day (hatha, flow, yin, yang/yin).  
  • Access to Monestevole guest grounds: outdoor terrain, dining hall, fireplaces, outdoor pool, use of hammocks, visits with animals, use of practice room and its props.
  • One wine and olive oil tasting at Monestevole.
  • A pasta and tiramisu making lesson at Monestevole.
  • Excursions - swimming, hiking and town visits.
  • Activities include: walking and hiking meditations, swimming and farm adventures (feed animals, planting, etc.)
