Private Yoga Classes

One-on-one instruction allows students to regulate and deepen their practice. Whether at home, outside or in a studio, private yoga classes can help one build  strength, experience healthy breathing, eradicate chronic pain and zone in on personal goals. Goals for life, on and off the mat. Simonee has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10 years, her trained and experience knowledge is based in authenticity, directness, strength and compassion. At least three sessions are recommended to ensure a tailored personal approach so that sessions can speak to a student's unique needs and aspirations. The classes will balance the principles of yoga and yogic philosophy with a rigorous and challenging asana. All levels and special needs are welcome! Time and patience. 

Group Yoga Classes

No more juggling your schedule, pick a day and time that works for you and your small group to experience a  class that was made just for you. Yoga can be fun, informative, profoundly intense and regular can be life changing. Practicing with friends, co workers, family or your community can enhance relationships and . There's strength in numbers. deeply connective.  

Group yoga classes allow for likeminded people to come together for a curated session that embodies the specificity and convenience of a private class. Whether a  birthday, wedding, holiday or time to catch up, grab  2-20 of your hippest and favourite peeps and enjoy the ride! Classes are designed to meet your groups experience and comfort level - beginners are always welcome!
